Full camera coverage for house and workshops installed. Good recommendations with pros and cons allowing customer to make final decision. Detailed written clear estimates for client approval. Installers were professional, knowledgable , courteous, very neat work and so patient with all my questions. Training was good and I was assured I had support for future questions. Camera pictures are sharp . Wow. Excellent views on my phone or tv. Would definitely recommend you include them when getting estimates. Services: Installation, Security cameras

In March we opened our new satellite store for Andy's Cleaners. During our build-out, I contacted Marshall and invited hime to survey our facility for a closed circuit video system for our 3000 sq ft location. After meeting and reviewing our needs, he quickly prepared and presented his ideas on the best approach. We quickly agreed and set a schedule for New Generation to come in and do the complete install, including cabling, mounting of cameras and rack mounting the recording system.
I simply could not be happier with the entire system, from the first meeting to the final start-up and training. We have had zero issues over the past 6 weeks of operation. The video recordings are very manageable as occasionally we have to go back in time and review stains or damaged clothing issues.

Marshall,and his crew are truly the best in the field of installation, sales and service of security cameras, home automation, expansion of Wifi configuration and home monitoring setup/service. I had New GENERATION provide sale and installation of above mentioned service categories.
Marshall came to the property on a Saturday and stayed for over 2 hours, walking the property and offering his advice and expert suggestions. NEVER WAS THERE ANY HIGH PRESSURE SALES PITCH. His office gave me a very quick and flexible appointment for initial consultation and for scheduling the project. He came promptly, gave workable numbers and prices. His written estimate was extremely detailed, upfront no hidden rates , no long drawn out contract that would need any kind of legal expertise. The office and Marshall responded to all my calls and emails promptly. The installation for cameras, home automation, enhanced WIFI setup and home monitoring alarm system was handled in a prompt, professional and meticulous fashion. The installation crew that Marshall has is extremely, polite, thorough and performed all necessary technical work in a detailed, clean and professional manner. If I had any questions (which I had minimal, were promptly addressed by the crew during installation). Infact once the project started I increased and added to new work orders that were also fulfilled expeditiously and I am extremely happy and satisfied that I have a house that is well secured and monitored. With NO CONTRACT!!! I'm pleased to add that New Generation will also be installing the Audio/ Video system too. I am also happy to post this review for this company as I had a big work order and called other companies for quotes, A few of the competitor companies that I called were either giving me long wait times for scheduling, or were not going to come and give estimates for work on projects less than a certain square footage, but Marshall came with no expections offered sincere guidance product knowledge and technical Support..
New Generation Home Pro is my go-to - company for my other property. This is a business that prides itself on Straight- up front quotes and pricing, word of mouth referrals , no gimmicks, high quality products with great technical support and education on how to be comfortable using tech to your advantage.
