    Horrible experience with them they quoted me high but chose to go with them when they picked up the machine they called me and asked for more money made up so much stuff that if he wants me to bring it in I need to pay. I was forcefully agreed to accept new terms so I can get my machine once there he hit my house and bent my garage door With his truck. He would not provide insurance he said pay me before I bring the stuff in the garage it is impossible to move I said why did u accept a job that u couldnt do in any regard I paid the man machine was very easy to move and spent less time than I was quoted . He had me sign a contract with out explaining anything and said I will change later very unethical if any of u have problems they are very easy to find on FMCSA their USDOT 4083296 I have pictures and video of everything also this number should be displayed by law witch its not . As soon as this guy saw the review he charged my card 1400 I paid him 850 cash this obsurd. Stay away now I have to figure out why they are stealing

We are sorry to hear that after everything we did to help you, you are still trying to come and not telling the truth about our service. You contacted us over ten times, insisting on bringing your machine from almost 50 miles away. We did give you a flat rate after you insisted that the machine was easy to move or take apart and that you needed us for easy moving, barging our price many times. We have proof of everything. We never do the same-day service, and because of this, you took it to the worst area possible. We quoted you with four movers, and we ended up sending six movers and two trucks because it was impossible to move the machine; we tried to take the machine down, trusting your word as you said it was a couple of bolds, right there, we did try to take the machine down and take it down and place it together will cost you over 4 hours more we call you many times because you want us there at the pickup location. We didn’t have any way to communicate more than calling you.We told you we had two options at this point: adjust the fare or give you your money back and send the movers to the next job; you insisted that we try to complete the job and adjust the price, and then you said we want to steal from you to one of the managers. He decided to return your deposit and continue the day. We let you know that it was the best option to avoid any complicated situation. You accepted that adjusting the bill and completing the job was okay, and you were sorry for the inconvenience.We loaded the machine with no scratches or damage and got to your home, where we expected someone first to sign the invoice and discuss payment; you started to scream over the phone and treat our manager over us, trying to do something dirty because we asked for payment before the delivery. Please ask all customers to read the contracts and invoices; we require payment in 30 min or half a truck before finishing for cases like this. You took it the wrong way. Even after we explained that to you, we still unloaded the car without payment to describe the situation. Over that, you want to be at the drop-off location, and the first thing you said was that we hit a small dent in your gutters, and you requested our insurance. We told you we didn’t do it. You called our manager a liar and started being hostile towards him; he explained and offered repair without problems, even knowing that we didn’t do the damage. You weren’t present. We asked you to go to your camera and show us the footage because we didn’t do it. Five movers were in the back, ensuring we didn’t cause any damage, but of course, that wasn’t the problem. We tried to adjust the payment because of the number of people and vehicles involved.Then you call the police on us; we prove to you that by law, with the police in front, we don’t have to give you our insurance, especially if you weren’t there at the moment of the delivery and you assume that we hit the gutter while we were waiting for you to make sure nothing like this happened and get the signatures when you arrived you one more time in from of the crew demanded the manager to finish the job and get out of your property. At that moment, he had the call to stop the moving and charge you. Once he didn’t feel safe, it was his call. After we finished, you blocked us the exit, held us hostage, and stopped us from leaving until the police arrived. Once, we also proved you wrong and had us for over 6 hours, and we told you you would be billed for this extra time. You said you didn’t care, and we got to this situation. We do have the right to defend ourselves in court and update the bill as many times as we need once the police are involved. Six crew members and two cars await you to let them go because you told the police we were trying to leave. By the way, the dot is on our website; we never hide any of that because we had zero claims and nothing to hide. If you check the invoice, it should also be the contract.
