image The new trash system in this 100F + heat is not working out as they thought it would. There are roaches almost every week that we have to kill in our apt (which is extremely clean). We pay more than enough money with additional fees, theres no way we should be dealing with this. It also smells like egg every other day not sure bc of construction and the pipes or because the pool looks like shreks swamp. Maintenance and the front office is more that friendly and has excellent service and try to be as helpful as they can but it might be a management issue with the apartment system in general.

image Trash service is TERRIBLE. So inconsistent but Very affordable and maintenance does a good job

image The manger at this location is rude obnoxious small little man full of himself and his fake power. He doesn't rate one star. The staff however are awesome people and have very positive attitude. Sad they work for a small minded unprofessional individual with limited education.

image Overall, my roommate and I have created a nice home at this apartment complex. However, there have been several issues that I have not appreciated as a paying tenant of over $900/month altogether :/ The pool has been shades of green for several weeks now, and has been this way many times over the course of my lease here. I have seen what it looks like when cleaned properly, and was told this condition was clean. There is often empty bottles and cans leftover in the pool area, which us tenants have received e-mails about. Some of the times I have been at the pool, I have seen individuals who are unhoused use the un-gated pool (some of whom appeared to be bathing) and later get asked to leave by staff. When I moved in last year there were often security guards that would patrol around the lot, however I have not seen any for awhile. The gym is fairly nice, but there is only one set of lower level weights, which are the most popular, and very limited weight plates (that are missing chunks out of them). Upping/using the weights was not effective for me at this gym, so I bought a membership elsewhere. The workout mats appear to never be cleaned, and the bathroom by the gym often doesnt have soap and/or paper towels. As mentioned in another review, the parking spaces are really tight (sometimes just inches of space on each side or people parking over lines) and the chances of getting your car dinged are high. Visitor parking is limited, and if you choose to have them park on the street, the liability is not on Redpoint. My roommate and Is AC was out for about a month, yet we had issues with it prior. Some of these may not be in our maintenance records because we talked to the maintenance team while they were in our apartment for other repairs. It is now fixed, but we were unable to sleep in our beds for many nights due to the heat upstairs. We were given one temporary ac unit downstairs, and no other reimbursement. We often talked to maintenance and staff about these concerns, but it was difficult to get things to happen and felt unheard-which was a conversation we had with the manager here. The internet isnt terrible in my opinion but sometimes it gets slowed down. When it rains, some of the roadways flood due to poor drainage. I have witnessed times that Redpoint staff/maintenance have gone above and beyond with customer support and cleanliness, however in my opinion it is not consistent-which seems to be a commonality with other reviews. I have never had an issue with mail here, and trash pick ups are normally timely. The location is nice and there is a pleasant trail behind the property. This is a good starter apartment for young adults learning how to live on their own, however these are just some things to be mindful of.

image - Staff tried to charge us ridiculously after move out, thankfully I asked for receipts and all of the sudden the price changed. Dont let these people scam you.
- Our apartment was not move in ready, it was dirty, still had previous residents items and needed maintenance. Maintenance took 2 months.
- Had painters and repair people come in my apartment and leave my front door open all night. Plus they went into my bedroom that was also locked that they were not authorized to go into
- Had a male employee come to check unused rooms, he unlocked my room door and came in unannounced. He was nice and apologized but it should have never happened nor did they send a 24 hour notice that someone was coming. (Was also accused of stealing from residents)
- Took 8 months to get a mailbox key
- WiFi is terrible and goes out all the time, almost daily.
- Parking spaces are ridiculously small, students do not know how to park as it is.
-Visitor parking is limited.
- Nice pool but its dirty most of the time.
