This place is incredibly unprofessional and will steal money from your returns at the first chance they get. My family and I were offered a deal of $50 per return and as the years went on Lydia took it upon herself to start charging more based on the amount without notifying or asking us started taking over $400 out. Had we not caught it she would still be doing so. Beware of her and her son. They messed up numerous returns and even forgot to submit it one year. When I confronted her about it, she stopped answering the phone and refused to pay the whole amount back. I would never step foot in this office again.
