        The worst airline in the world! Terrible customer service! They cancel your flight for no reason, one hour after boarding, they don't look for a way to resolve it, or help you, thousands of passengers are left and they are very calm, so if you want to get to your destination, don't travel with them! And they are very aggressive! They broke a wheel on my suitcase when they threw it into the bag area. Horribleeeee 0 recommended!

        Southwest policy is to open the kiosks and front desk 120 minutes before the first flight. It is currently half an hour after that time and I am still seeing employees slowly amble in and no one is processing the dozens of people out front. Unacceptable.
