I worked with Rudy Elizondo and his amazing crew on getting a new roof. Rudy walked me through every step including the initial call to my insurance company all the way to completion photos! The whole team is very professional, efficient, knowledgeable, and caring. I would recommend them to anybody in need of this service.

From start to finish Rudy took care of contacting the insurance company and working with them as well as all other aspects with careful setup, installation and cleanup. After receiving several estimates, and a denial from my insurance company to cover a leak in my roof that was leaking into my home, I was beyond frustrated. By chance, I came across Design Roofing and decided to ask for one more estimate. Joseph V was amazing right from the start. After inspecting my roof, he resubmitted a claim to my insurance company, and to my surprise they agreed to cover it. He walked me through the entire process, and was helpful in understanding all the terminology and paperwork. It all seemed too easy for me, but in fact it was just the processes that Joseph and Design Roofing had in place to make sure everything flowed smoothly. The roof looks amazing, and the leak inside the house has also been repaired. I also want to thank Daniel, the QM, on the day of installation. Even though I was home, he kept me updated on the progress of the roof at each and every step with drone photos as each step was completed.
