I have been in Winding Creek for 3 years and Reanna and Kalin have been great (Thank you Ladies)) . I have not had any issues with the home and the few maintenance orders that I opened were resolved with no issues.

I am highly disappointed with the services we've received from Brandywine Homes USA regarding the rental property they provided us. The home they rented us was/is dilapidated, and we've encountered multiple maintenance issues that went unaddressed for an extended period. This has been a frustrating experience for me as a tenant, especially when I have raised the issue with them on numerous occasions.
Recently, they summoned a plumber from "All in One Home Repairs and Lawn Services" to remove a small spoon from our sink's piping. However, to my surprise, they did not provide us with a quote or estimate before charging us $225 for the service. This is unacceptable, and it indicates a lack of transparency in their business practices.
As a tenant, you expect your landlord to provide you with a safe and habitable living condition, and I feel that Brandywine Homes USA has failed to meet this basic requirement. I have shared my discontent with numerous friends and family and also spread it via social media to make others aware of my nasty experience. Harsh and truthful reviews like this are necessary to hold Brandywine Homes USA accountable and ensure that others are aware of their poor service.
In conclusion, Brandywine Homes USA needs to address the maintenance issues promptly and provide a safe and habitable living condition to their tenants. They must also ensure that their business practices are transparent and accountable, and their charges are reasonable and justified. As a tenant, you deserve to receive excellent service, and Brandywine Homes USA has fallen short in delivering it.

I love my rental townhome!!!! It awesome upgrade from my previous residence. My pets approve of their new home. I love the amount of space we have. ReAnn was amazing helping with the application process and moved in process as well. I will be reaching out on the process to buy an townhome!
