Wow, All I can say is wow. Leigh Ann was amazing. She helped me sell my Dads house after we moved him to the Dallas area. The house was only about 2 years old but had some issues that the builder would not repair under warranty. Leigh Ann called the her contacts from the builder and got them to fix various issues that that refused to fix for us. Additionally we had several contractors at the house fixing issues with Paint, drywall, and plumbing while we were still in the Dallas area. Leigh Ann acted as though she was a general contractor. She checked up on all the work being done, and if there we issues she actually coordinated directly with the contractors on my behalf. She would even pressure them to make sure they showed up when scheduled and were done on time. She definitely earned her commission. Thanks Leigh Ann
