My husband and I rented from Jaime Marin through Keller Williams Heritage. He and his supervisor were dismissive, rude, belligerent, and dehumanizing to my husband and I when we were experiencing documented (by doctors!) health issues from the actions by our neighbors. We tried to amicably solve this issue, and the individuals at Keller Williams Heritage were unreceptive to these attempts. We stayed with them for four months, and I have no positive things that I can list from any of our interactions. We had to even hound their office to get us a copy of the lease to sign after they hadn't sent it three days after they said they would! Communication with these individuals was lackluster on their end and we constantly had to send reminders before we received responses. For what it is worth, I have heard from other realtors in the area that this group is difficult to work with. I cannot speak for buying/selling with this group, but I can certainly say DO NOT RENT from them, and avoid working with Jaime Marin at all costs!
