Pressured first-time homebuyers into purchasing a poorly flipped home, with shoddy work done by bogus contractors. Every time we had doubts on going through with the purchase, David reassured us that he would talk to the sellers agent and get everything taken care of. Almost none of the repairs the seller had agreed to do were ever done - theres STILL debris under the house - but David said it would get finished after we signed the contract. And of course, none of it was ever done. Now were stuck in a home we severely overpaid for, with broken drawers and cabinet doors, insulation in the vents, cracks in all of the walls and tiling, and gaping holes in the walls where shelves used to be up until we dared to place anything on them.

David was absolutely AMAZING throughout this home buying process. As first time buyers, it can come with a lot of anxiousness and questions. He was there to knowledgeably explain everything in a way that made sense, FaceTime, and timely respond. I 10/10 recommend him to anyone looking. We cant wait to be in our new home and its all thanks to him!

We had an amazing experience working with David & his team. They worked really hard for us to close on time & we had a great experience with purchasing our first home & now our forever home! We sold our house over listing price and walked into a home w acreage and already has equity! We couldnt be happier the process and communication was great. Thank yall for working so hard for us.
