Bought a house through Charity Navarro during what was called a Sellers Market. However it felt more like a buyers market with the deal we got. Charity negotiated our terms and got us into a home with no money down, a fully paid warranty, and a ton of money in concessions. Not sure how she did it but were thankful. Great work.
