Selling the family home was such a tough choice for me to make. I didn't know what to do at the time but then I met Ms. Stephanie Brown through a friend. Stephanie, with her experience, advised us on what we should do to make the house more market ready and not spend a lot of money in the process. Once she put the house was officially on the market we got inquiries and visits right away. In a matter of a few weeks we receive a very good offer, which we excepted. She had an open house at 21118 Capri Oaks from 1:30-3:30. I stopped by at 2:30 and called to get the gate code. She said she wasn't there, which surprised me, since it was supposed to be an open house. She'd said she be there in a few minutes. I waited 20, and she never showed. Very unprofessional.
