Full Spectrum Property Management is a terrible property management company. They have neglected the apartment building I live in to such an extent that mattresses and garbage are left strewn about the premises for YEARS. The common area in the building is filthy and the only time lightbulbs are replaced is when tenants take it upon themselves to change them. The yard is poorly maintained and flea infested. They never keep appointments, constantly canceling after I've moved around my schedule to accomodate. They never return phone calls. The final straw that caused me to write this review...I came home from work to find water had been turned off by the management company without notifying the tenants or new property management company. Extremely unprofessional and honestly irresponsible in this heat and economy. Zero stars. Do not recommend.

Full Spectrum is by far the best property management company Ive dealt with since moving to San Antonio. The whole entire team has been so great to work with, especially my property manager Genina. She is so helpful and understanding. Anytime i have and questions or concerns she is always is there to help. As far as Im concerned Full Spectrum has my business! Thank you for doing what you do!

My experience with Full Spectrum has been a NIGHTMARE! I originally moved across the country to lease a house from them. The property looked great in the pictures and we did all of our processing for the home online. When my family and I arrived at the home it was infested with fleas from the prior tenant. My family and I were bitten all over. I complained to Full Spectrum and it took months and the threat of legal action for them to replace the flea infested carpet. The home had scratches and other cosmetic issues all over the home from the prior tenants dog. None of this was repaired at all. The back yard was full of dog feces which also had fleas in it. In order to live in the property safely I had to spend a ton of money to get the home cleaned, feces removed and hire an exterminator. Once all of this was done we were able to live in the property for two years. During that time we paid our rent on time every month with no issue even during the pandemic. When we moved out we cleaned the home and were out before our lease was up. Full Spectrum then proceeded to charge us for all the damage from the previous tenant. Mind you, they never even did a full walk through of the home when the previous tenants left and I'm sure of this because they would have known about the fleas. So in the end Full Spectrum has charged my security $1,500 so they could rehab the property at my expense. This whole situation has been a nightmare for my family and I strongly recommend NO ONE should ever do business with them!

I had an unfavorable experience working with full spectrum realty. Genina Mery was difficult to get in contact with and unapologetically late for both showings. After applying for the property, my deposit was submitted through my active online portal less than a week later. Upon notifying Genina of my payment, I was informed that the property had already been leased to another tenant. While she did relay that another tenant was interested in viewing the property, she did not relay that the property was subsequently leased to the same party. When I expressed my displeasure with the experience, I was told I had been playing games with her. Upon request for my deposit refund, i was informed I would need to pick up a check issued from the leasing office or receive the payment by mail; however, upon arrival at the office within the designated business hours, the office was closed, therefore resulting in several trips.
