As an agent we always love a lender who is prompt, always responds no matter the day and gets one to closing with as few hiccups as possible. Using different types of loans that apply to the individual buyer helps bring us to the closing table. He has been there through the tough ones and we have closed all. Brad who works with Tom Romanello who I have known for over 10 years is an additional loan officer to handle my needs for each and every client. I can depend upon them to not promise and then not deliver.
