        My wife and I went through a nightmare with a different lender and almost didnt close on our house. 3 days before the closing date we decided to make the switch to Joel and his team! At first we were nervous but after calling Joel I felt very confident that wed still close on the house. 8 DAYS LATER we closed due to the exceptional performance and communication from Joel and his team. I will without a doubt be referring all of my friends to him and will go through him and his team when I get another house here in San Antoni!!!
