Before meeting April were told we needed to wait and wait and wait on purchasing a house to bring my husbands credit score up in order to be approved for a VA loan. After over a year, and again being told to wait again, we wanted to give up. We found the perfect house and didnt want to lose it. Our realtor told us about April and the rest is history. After just a day she was able to get us a pre approval letter. We still had work to do on our credit, but April told us what to do and just a few days later we were good to go. Her and her team were a pleasure to work with through the whole process and helped us get into our house! We could not be more thankful and think everyone should use April and her team when purchasing a house!!
