I would not recommend Seleina Barta as a LO. She called me a clown because I did not want to sell to an individual with a VA loan. I told her I sold 3 of my houses to veterans. I declined offers that were 20 to 30k higher than the vet. was offering for the sole purpose because they were a vet. However each experience was horrible. The va took 45 to 60 days to close the loan. By then the house was already worth 25k more. So I lost on both ends. I did not want to take another VA loan because it would take too long, and the Va makes house sellers jump though multiple hoops. It's not worth the hassle. (God bless our vets)
Anyway I told this to her, and Seleina Barta called me a clown because of that. She said "make sure you tell that to a vet when veterans day rolls around clown". I would like to ask her how many houses have you sold to veterans? Also how many houses have you sold to a veteran, while taking a 30k lower offer from them, and also paying for a termite inspection, and doing minor nitpick repairs they ask for? Such as door knob loose, caulk chipping on window sill? I didn't think so.
