Dianne went above and beyond her duties. She went way out of her way to help us get funded as quickly as possible. Dianne walk us through every step of the way and took the time to explain the whole process so that we could understand it. She help raise our credit score. She does not work the normal 9am-5pm hours. She answered every call, text, and e-mail in a timely manner. There were times we called/texted her at 10:00pm and she would answer us back. She is great at what she does!
