Homebridge is impossible! Each call, get a new CRS & have to wait for review of issue. 3 months later still not check back to us! Promised 3 times that it will be mailed tomorrow! To date still no check! Liars! If we ever get a chance to move our mortgage, trust me, we will do it! Shame on them!

During a stressful and dreadful pending loan application approval from another lender, Janet was gracious enough to step in and see what she could do in her power to help the process. After getting rejected from the other lender, all hope was lost and I was pretty agitated from all the time wasted. Janet came in and took over instantly and in about 2 weeks I closed on my house and finally got the keys to new home. Janet is one of the best senior loan officers out in San Antonio right now. Janet took THE BEST care of my first-time buyers from start to finish...literally!! She had them preAPPROVED before we ever started looking, kept them informed and updated as we changed our focus and price range a couple of times during our search, and was there to congratulate them at closing! Anytime we had a question, she was available to ‘talk finance’. I can’t imagine any other lender taking care of these special buyers any better than she did. She, along with Movement Mortgage, definitely earned a spot on my team and I have already referred another buyer! I look forward to another smooth transaction!

Janet made my first home buying experience completely stress free! Super knowledgeable and truly goes the extra effort in my opinion. I was completely clueless to the whole process and she broke it down to where even I could understand, she had answers to questions I didn’t even know to ask! All in all I would definitely recommend her to everyone and anyone looking to purchase a house!
