I have been looking to purchase a home for 15 years each time I tried to get a home loan I was told I did not qualify for a home loan. We worked w Michelle Noble before when we first purchased our home, so when we decided to refinance, we reached out to her again. Our loan was processed stress free and any questions or concerns we had Michelle responded with, " I'll find out or, I'll take care of it" There was even an issue months later w HOA stating they didn't receive our payment that was rolled into our refinance, HOA was giving me the run around and so I called Michelle, she researched, reached out and resolved it! Michelle and her team are amazing!!!! She makes life easy. She does what she says! And when she says a deal will close, it does. Thats what we all are looking for.
