Im a first time home buyer and initially was working with another lender. They were having a tough time getting me approved. Then I came across Synergy Home Loans. I restarted the home buying process through them. Mike was extremely helpful in the whole process, from the very beginning to the end. From getting the approval all the way through closing, he handled everything and kept me updated throughout. Laurie was also a huge help in the process as well, and helped us with all of the paperwork and documents up through closing. I recently bought a home with the help of Mike and Laurie and they fought tooth and nail for me! This was my third time buying a home and perhaps the most complex with the most moving parts. It should have been impossible, yet the team made it possible and a breeze. I wish I had them for my other 2 home purchases.
