Homebridge is impossible! Each call, get a new CRS & have to wait for review of issue. 3 months later still not check back to us! Promised 3 times that it will be mailed tomorrow! To date still no check! Liars! If we ever get a chance to move our mortgage, trust me, we will do it! Shame on them!

I have worked several purchases ith Janet and Movement Mortgage. She has always gotten my deals closed when or before she promised me. The up front underwriting is extremely helpful in this process. Janet always goes above and beyond to take care of the client and is always available to both myself and the client. She is extremely knowledgeable and always willing to educate both me and the client. 5 Stars for Janet!!!

During a stressful and dreadful pending loan application approval from another lender, Janet was gracious enough to step in and see what she could do in her power to help the process. After getting rejected from the other lender, all hope was lost and I was pretty agitated from all the time wasted. Janet came in and took over instantly and in about 2 weeks I closed on my house and finally got the keys to new home. Janet is one of the best senior loan officers out in San Antonio right now.
