Moto Liberty San Antonio

In a word this place is "awesome" and the staff were fantastic, in particular (Cade) was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable about all of the gear in store. My hunt was for riding leathers and boots and this place was the first and last stop that anyone would need.

Haven't been there since they broke off from MotoLiberty, but sure it's the same kind of place. It's the kind of store you want to shop at. They are helpful without being push, very reasonable prices, and great service. Salespeople who are actually knowledgeable about their products. Go there, you'll love it!

Moto Liberty is GREAT!!! They have all types of gear that you can try on in the store. These bad reviews seem like BS to me. I've NEVER even heard of a problem with that place. And BUY LOCAL!!!

Outstanding customer service! I broke a piece off my Arai helmet and took it to Moto Liberty for help getting the replacement parts. They fixed my helmet by taking parts of a new helmet so I wouldn't be without while I was waiting for the parts to arrive. I was very pleased with the product knowledge of both the guys who were working.

Moto Liberty in San Antonio is run exactly the way a business should be. All of my questions were answered (they even answered questions I didn't know I had), they took the time to explain exactly what I was buying and why, they recommended the leathers I needed for the race track for my riding level (not the most expensive), the prices were the same as you could find online (not more expensive), and Nathan knows all there is to know about getting outfitted for track days and racing. I found everything I needed right there in the store and was able to try on the race suit, boots and gloves, and even got to step out to my motorcycle to make sure everything felt right while in the riding position. Yes, you can get the same stuff online for the same price, with free shipping and no taxes. HOWEVER, you cannot by any means be better taken care of as a customer, or try on and touch and feel the very gear that you are about to pay dearly for. To me, the extra $90 bucks or so you spend on taxes is worth it to support your local motorcycle gear shop where they take extra time to make sure you are safe, satisfied, and getting exactly what you really need.
