        Why have a lobby if it's never opened? 3 weeks in a row the lobby is closed when I get here, am I supposed to use the drive up, even though I don't have a car?

        If the employees would take a little moment to confirm orderless mistakes would be made. It isnt the first time but Im tired of the lack of good customer serviceIll take my business elsewhere instead. I am aware that they are strict on time and delivery of food, but I constantly have to ask for my plates to be made correctly the way I askedIm either missing an appetizer or the wrong rice is served with a particular plate. I go thru the drive thru for conveniencesilverware is missingno confirmation of order or even a thank you! I see the mistakes after I am charged. I will no longer visit this location. There is no genuine customer servicealmost throw the food out the drive thru window. Do better panda!
