Love Jim's! Been going to one or another for eons and love the atmosphere, the service, and the good food. Planning to keep patronizing Jim's until I go to the giant diner in the sky.

Came in for a quick bite to eat. This is your typical American Diner that has a huge variety of foods to choose from. The wait staff was friendly and quick to seat and received our drinks and food in a pretty timely manner. My breakfast was hot and the coffee fresh.

Well, came to this place thinking it would be better. WRONG! CAME FOR DINNER. THIS TIME BEING POSITIVE. Sat down and got our drinks. That's where the service ends. 10 MINUTES and no service. Other staff members pass and no service. The cashier end looked our way and still no service. When 15 minutes went by; I went too. I looked at my wife and we both thought the same thing..."let's leave". Even my wife saw our waitress and she just ignored us. I saw my wife try to wave her down and nothing. Never going there ever. Looking for new spot. . (Take note; if the service is bad. It's their loss not yours. There's always Another place.) Restroom dirty, again. NO Service. Parking; okay. Handicap space in front to the right.
