        I had flight delays and had missed the Saturday pick up time for my order. They are closed Sundays. I called Monday to see if there was a way to get the order of delicious cookies for the moms to be & was pleasantly surprised they offered to remake the order! They have gained a loyal customer for all our family events and I appreciate the help after a stressful day. Thank you Lilys Cookie team! Delicious cookies and exceptional customer service, no doubt youll be in business for years to come.

        I ordered a set of custom cookies to be delivered for my cousins 25th birthday. They came out perfect! He was very happy and I 100% recommend them!

        Great cookies but the girl who got our order threw our change on the counter and was not very friendly during the visit despite me trying to be conversational. We drove all the way from Medina lake so I can show how great these cookies are but my guest mentioned " I hope that wasn't Lily". I hope not as well.
