Working with Jayson was the BEST experience ever!!! He over delivered every step of the way. He would take the time out of his days to meet up with me at any hour of day or night. He and I would be sending messages back and forth at 2 am sometimes trying to setup a tour schedule for the following day that would work with our work schedules. We finally found our home! We were renting at the time so we knew that a year from then, Jayson would be our guide again. Over that year, we developed a friendship. We developed a long lasting relationship with this guy who really cared about his clients. When a couple of my friends moved to San Antonio, Jayson was the first person that I called. He worked with them and found their house and closed within no time. Then the following year (IN A HUGE TIME CRUNCH) we had to find another house and he grabbed the reigns and had us set within a couple weeks. He takes the time to really find out EXACTLY what youre looking for. If the first 10 houses arent the right fit, he wont make you feel like youre wasting his time. There will be another 10 that he will be eager to get scheduled out to give you the best experience possible until you find exactly what youre looking for. I really do appreciate all that Jayson did to help me find my house. It was awesome working with Him. Before I knew it I was making an offer on a house and in no time I was moving in. Best realtor ever.

Jayson was very accommodating and professional. After the place I lived in for 5 years changed management and gave me only a 30 day notice to vacate, Jayson was able to find a home for my family and I that met all of our needs within a week of searching. He assisted us in such a dire situation, not only in relocating, but in finding something perfect for us. Meeting my needs was very important for the sake of my one year old. I fully recommend Jayson to anyone in need of a realtor.
