Everyone knows a realtor, but few people know a one as good as Brad. My family and I used Brad and his group to navigate a pretty delicate 5 month buy and sell with contingencies re transaction. It was handled so well by Brad that I'm convinced it wouldn't have been possible to pull off what he did with anyone else. Everyone will refer you realtors but if has to be done right the first time I would strongly recommend using Brad and Martha.

Brad provides an excellent service for out of town clients managing the estates of their loved ones. He goes above and beyond to take care of his clients, and make sure that everything is handled correctly.
