My cousin bought a house and Diana was the sellers realtor. The day my cousin closed on the house they changed the passcode. To where we could not get in had us waiting outside going back and forth with both her realtor and Diana the sellers realtor. She then states that the previous owners could unlock the house still from their phone. After an hour of waiting outside trying the key pad over and over again she texts my cousin a while different code that ended up working

This is a crazy time to be buying a house, but Diana made it a smooth and dare I say pain-free process!!! Diana is thorough and on top of things - we sold our house in less than a day with her and really didn't have to worry about anything. She walked us through the house with recommendations for staging and had a solid pricing strategy that got us a quick sale. She took care of everything (paperwork, coordination with buyer's agent) without a hitch and ensured a smooth closing. I'd highly recommend.
