LOVED working is Sara and her team of experts! She recommended listing my house at a higher price than I thought I could get for it. I decided to trust her. After working with her stager and professional photographer we listed. We had 16 offers and 12 were OVER list price! 5 years ago, I was searching for a good realtor online to help me sell my brothers home. I submitted a request to Saras office, and she immediately contacted me back the next day. It was amazing to witness how hard Sara worked to sell my brothers homeShe was relentless, worked tireless with the bank when they kept changing the rules and who was working the sell, she worked with me, and guided me through the process. After she sold my brothers home, I knew that day that if I was ever to sell my home, she would be the one! I even promised her that day, Sara, if I ever sell my home, it is yours to sell! I trusted her that much and knew she wouldnt disappoint. In 2019, I called her up and asked her if she would do me the honor of selling my home? She didnt hesitate, she setup an appointment, came to my house, did her homework, presented me with an amazing layout of comps and suggestions, pricing of what she could sell the home for, and promised me that she could sell it. She came prepared! I love that in a person, professional, courteous, hardworking, and prepared. Once again, Sara didnt disappoint! She went straight to work, getting the house prepared, constantly keeping me in the loop at where we were at in the process and man did she deliver! She sold it and provided me the maximum profit for my home! Sara is more than my realtor; I consider her great friend and someone I trust implicitly! After selling my home, she turned around and worked even harder to get me into a new home! She constantly delivers and never complains. She is always there to answer questions or gives advice, even long after she makes the sell or buy. She is even helping me today; I want to move to Florida and she is the only one I will trust with selling my home! She has helped numerous friends of mine as well as some of my employees get their dream home or a place they need!
