        What a waste of time it was, working with Manuel. We got the "ya I've been doing this for 20 years. I can help you" blah blah blah. The only help we got was from his auto emails on the kind of house we wanted. He never set anything up for showing. A week later the day he was supposed to show us a few homes we get a call that his CASH buyers are putting in 5k over and loosing then they CASH buyers are offering 10k and loosing. So apparently our loan will not make the cut. He could have been up front and said he was too busy and offer another agent. Instead we were left high and dry. Find someone else. Unprofessional.
