Shannan helped us sell our house after another company failed for a year. She guided us on repairs, suggested workmen and helped with staging. My wife was bed-bound after surgery and I was working 60-70 hours a week, see she suggested people to help us. We plan to sell this house in 2022 and would not consider any other agent. Besides her expertise and hard work, she is very nice and easy to work with.

We purchased a home with Shannan and when in the market again she will be the only person we call. We lived out of state and she went weekly to take pictures of ever aspect of the build from pouring of the foundation to the final stages of installing flooring etc. The updates she provided were invaluable since we we out of state. She is a true professional who cares deeply about her clients. We refer her out to anyone we know looking for a home. Shannan takes care of her clients as if they were her own family member. What more can you ask for.
