We had a great experience using Dara as our real estate agent! She was extremely proficient and knowledgeable. We ended up hitting issues on closing due to the complexity of the property, but she masterfully got us through each problem to a close! She is an excellent negotiator, very responsive and fun to work with! Highly recommend her for any real estate transaction!

Dara was phenomenal from the moment we talked on the phone to the closing of our new home! We were moving from Georgia to Texas, and she made the whole process so fun and easy! (She was honest with how long it could take to buy a house in the current market, but optimistic that we'd be as competitive as possible and give it all we have to get our house! We ended up from start to finish only taking weeks, not months!) Her attention to detail is great, and she was consistently quick to respond to any questions or concerns! She planned a Saturday with us to look at houses, and before I flew back home, we were under contract without having to wait and see what other offers came in! She fought for us to get us the house! She went out of her way to make this transition smooth for us. I couldn't have asked for anyone better than Dara!

Throughout my adult years, I have had the experience of purchasing a few houses and land. As my family grew, I recently found the need and desire to buy a lake home or land where we could escape our daily lives. I spoke to a variety of different realtors that showed me a variety of homes and lands until I found Dara Dealy. When making such a significant decision, I wanted to work with someone I could trust. Dara was quick to answer all my questions and needs. Dara has been there every step of the way. She has always responded to every call or email, no matter what time of day or night. Her professionalism, mentorship, knowledge, honesty, and hard work ethic are much respected and appreciated. I never felt she was trying to sell me land, but she was a mentor to answer my questions and help me make the best decision for my family.
