Mrs. Crystal Rodgers has been fantastic and I have appreciated her acumen in this tough market. Crystal has provided very real savings in the thousands over the course of our home purchase. She has expertly navigated us through bidding, negotiations, and assessed fees, and has saved us multiple times. Crystal's sincerity and motivation are astounding, she even assisted us while she was on vacation. Crystal assisted my husband and I in purchasing our first ever house and we have nothing but amazing things to say about her - she truly goes above and beyond for her clients. As a first-time homebuyer we had a lot of questions and concerns which she addressed thoroughly and in a timely manner. Additionally, we were purchasing the home virtually, so she walked us through houses, sent us videos and pictures etc. all over the phone. Although we weren't able to go there in person, she always made us feel "in control" and was very transparent around issues/highlights she noted within houses and the surrounding areas. We trusted her completely throughout the whole process and ended up with an amazing home! Crystal is detail oriented, an efficient communicator, and always looking out for her client's best interest. Worth mentioning is that she even got us money BACK at our closing!!! As out-of-state buyers, she was flexible in scheduling showings during our visits and/or virtual walk-through of homes, navigating state requirements and facilitating the completion of required forms.
