Rene was our relator and quickly became a great friend to us! This man is top-tier of a human being and goes above and beyond as a relator. He created an excellent experience for us. We had a few hiccups along the way with our loan officer, and Rene used his problem solving skills and made sure we closed in proper time. Rene really listened to what we wanted, and with his knowledge in home building and attention to detail, we found our perfect home! To the BEST realtor weve ever met, Theres really no words to explain how Rene Pea made this experience so much easier, faster & amazing. We had Rene help us find our new home but it wasnt easy lol. He was helping us for over a year trying to find the best home we loved, he always made time for showings no matter the situation he was always there. He loves what he does and it really shows how committed he is to help any one find there dream home. The whole process seemed like a lot cause it really was lol, but with Rene helping and explaining every single little detail made it so much easier. Being first time home buyers we really didnt know much about closing and all the paperwork that was necessary. I remember needing a couple different forms from my business that had to be done asap and turned in to our loan officer, and Rene took time out of his day/night to help out. I remember not finishing till about 1:30am so when I say he goes above and beyond he really does. 100% recommend making Rene Pea your Realtor/New Friend

I wish I could give 10 stars. Rene Pea is absolutely the best. He streamlined everything so smoothly for myself which is great because I can be quite the overthinker when it comes to decisions with multiple factors. Rene was very thorough when going over everything from start to finish. I felt like all of my concerns were understood and addressed promptly; I truly felt sincerely heard and listened to. I feel that he is very passionate about his work and helping his clients secure their new home. I spoke to a few different real estate agents prior to him, but I didn't want to deal with them. (Their search for my home seemed rather lackluster) This was my first house and will be my family's forever home. Why would I leave that up to chance with someone that isn't invested into what they do? Well let me tell you Rene definetly knows what he's talking about and it shows. By the end of closing he managed to get 34,000 off the asking price for me!! I credit this to his hard work ethic, due diligence and extensive knowledge in realty. (Also his ability to follow through and check every option) Honestly, he has an amazing work ethic that you really just don't see anymore. I have alot of respect for him and I am truly grateful that he helped me find my family's dream home. I highly suggest at least calling him if you need a realtor. PS. His wife was incredibly sweet and put together a welcome home basket which I absolutely loved and greatly appreciate!
