Danielle Prouse helped me buy a house and sell a condo in Spring, 2023, and it all went so well. She has a good eye for houses, a good mind for real estate transaction details (there are so many!), and a friendly demeanor to work with. She was totally understanding when I was indecisive about what I really wanted in a house. When it came time to negotiate with the other party, I was impressed with how doggedly she represented my interests much better than I could have done on my own. I had previously worked with Danielle on a condo board, and so I knew her no-nonsense style to focus on the matter at hand and listen attentively and get the job done to everyone's satisfaction. Really a blessing she agreed to be my agent. 100% recommend!

Danielle truly made our home buying experience a great one! She is very knowledgeable, professional, kind, communicative, and always went the extra mile to help my husband and I in this process as first time home buyers. Danielle was very helpful! Within a few weeks she helped us find our home. Her work was very professional from the beginning to the end of the process. She kept close contact with all the parties involved, and she had quick responses to anything that was needed. Danielle took the time to explain the home buying process and she always had the answer to all of our questions. I would certainly recommend her to anyone looking for a home!
