After a long journey, I finally closed on my home and wanted to share my experience with Andrew. I was referred to him by a close friend who Andrew had helped purchase a new home in October. This is my first time buying a home and the market has been ruthless, but he was extremely patient as we submitted bid after bid. I had spoken to a couple other realtors that were referred to me by family, and they had hesitancy about working with veterans and military right now because they said that many sellers did not want to deal with the VA and their restrictions, but Andrew didn't hesitate, although he did explain that we may have difficulties finding a home right now. After nearly 4 months struggling to find a house, I moved into my new home in Northside San Antonio on Wednesday and still can't believe its real. I will always recommend him to anybody that I know who is buying or selling a home in the area and recommend you give him a call if you are thinking about doing so!
