Where do I even start! Willians information was given to me from another military buyer back in February when I started to look at Duplexes. Since the very first meeting I was super impressed when he set me up on their web based program that only sent me homes based on the criteria I was looking for in a home. Throughout the entire home buying process I never felt rushed or pressured into buying a home. I felt that Will was there to take care of me and only had my best interest in mind. When seeing homes Wills knowledge about the San Antonio area is unbeatable and only comes from somebody that was born and raised in San Antonio like himself. As we looked at homes Will points out things (good and bad) that most people would not even think to look at when buying a home! Throughout the entire home buying process I never felt stressed or uncomfortable about the position I was in and it was all because of Will. Will is extremely knowledge in all home buying areas and makes sure that his buyers know everything. When it came to closing on my house Wills negotiation skills put me on top and I came out way better than I ever thought was possible. I never felt pressured to go above my budget and his team was wonderful about communicating every step along the way! I highly recommend William to ANYONE looking to buy or sell a home. I truly believe that William puts his clients at the top of the priority list and will make your process stress free and enjoyable. I plan on buying more homes in the future and 110% will be using William Cole again!

William is an amazing realtor! He is very professional , very knowledgeable and very easy to communicate with! He not only helped us to get a beautiful house and he also got us a good rate with an VA loan. He and our loan officer Justin Hamilton worked very hard to close the transaction. William is an expert in VA loan home purchase. This is not the first time we used the VA loan, but we can say William knows far more than anyone on VA home purchase , not only he and Justin carefully guided us through the complete process, William also knocked off 24k of our closing cost! We are very happy with our purchase and we cant wait to spend a lot of time in our new home!
