Jeri hands down is the most knowledgeable and hard working realtors I've ever worked with. From the start she consulted me on so many options I was not aware I had as a home owner and buyer. She never left me wondering what was going on throughout the entire process and was with me through every step. At The walk through before the purchase she was very thorough and brought things to my attention I would have missed. She negotiated everything with my best interest in mind and got me a better deal than I expected. I wouldn't just recommend her, I wouldn't recommend anyone else! Jeri is 100% the best and a complete Godsend. She bent over backwards with every request we had, actively searched with us for available properties, was aggressive in getting showings/contract/etc. and protected us in SO many ways as first time home buyers (Not to mention the multiple non-realtor duties ie: keeping our 3 year old entertained so we could focus on houses). She put her own family/personal time on hold for us every time we had a new opportunity, and it is because of her dedication and commitment that we are in our beautiful new home. We are beyond grateful and 10/10 recommend Jeri for anyone looking for a personable, knowledgeable, trustworthy and dependable realtor!

Jeri is a treasure in the world of real estate. Last year she assisted us with renting a house, she was so quick and willing to help that when the time came for us to buy a house we reached out to her. She has gone above AND beyond for us. From long hours looking at homes to long hours on the phone with loan/seller with and for us. She didnt just help us find a home, she was there for every single part of the process She not once pushed us to just buy a property, she truly had us and our little boys best interest at heart. We got an amazing home and if it wasnt for Jeri we wouldnt have been able to. Through this very stressful process there was never a time she wasnt there for us, fighting for us. We love her! Jeri Bulthuis is not only my mother but she was also my realtor for my first home purchase in Texas. Now to some that might make this review a little biased and perhaps it is. However, I know the service she gave me is the exact same she gives to all her clients. She was involved in every step of the process from home search to closing and everything in between. She listened to all my wants/needs and found a home that was absolutely perfect. She made the entire process easy and understandable even in these crazy times. She goes above and beyond and is an expert at her job. She is an absolute Rockstar and I love her for not only guiding me in life but also in my home buying endeavors.
