Sharon and Scott were AMAZING through our entire home buying experience. We contacted them and on day 1 the ball was already rolling to search for our ideal home. My husband and I were on a time crunch with a baby on the way and our busy schedules, but Sharon and Scott made sure to accommodate our difficult schedules at the drop of a dime, and also made sure we stayed on top of our home purchase journey without being pushy. Sharon was an absolute pleasure to work with and stayed optimistic and flexible during the entire purchasing process. She is extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and resourceful! The Carter's are like angels in our lives. We will forever be grateful for having them as our realtors. When we first met Sharon and her husband Scott, we didn't have very good credit. The Carter's referred us to an awesome man, who is another angel in our lives. He helped us and improved our credit by over 150 points in about 7 months. When we were done, we went back to our realtors and finally closed on our little 1-acre ranch last week. The Carter's are an awesome, caring, understanding, and very knowledgeable couple. By the way, Sharon loves kids, she was awesome entertaining our kids while we concentrated on our walk throughs and paperwork. We are definitely keeping their number for when we are ready for more acres. Most definitely recommend Sharon and Scott as realtors! We love the Carter's!! I really do not give reviews, but they deserve this and more. Our family greatly appreciates them.
