During holidays, Vinu was diligently working with the builders agent, making sure that everything is done up to the standards, and all the inspection issues were handled properly. Vinu had a lot of reliable contacts from insurance providers to lenders to inspectors which turned out beneficial for us, compared to others we considered in the past. Even the builders agent was quite impressed with his capability for actively moving things forward in the right direction, without compromising on the quality. In a nutshell, if you have Vinu as your realtor for your primary or investment property, you are in safe hands! He will make home buying a great, relaxed experience for you!

I highly recommend Vinu as a realtor. Being first time home buyer is intimidating but Vinu made the process so much easier than expected. Throughout the past several months, he has been there every step of the way. He was always just a phone call away guiding us in anything anytime. He was very proactive in informing us of crucial details and information we would not have been aware of otherwise. His professionalism, mentorship, knowledge, honesty and hard work ethic are much respected and appreciated. We could not be happier with how we were treated.
