Although I LOVE the chips and will continue to purchase the product...I WILL NOT purchase anything from Scentchips USA on Breesport St. San Antonio, TX again. First, I ordered online and paid 16.00 for 2 day shipping and received my order in 8 days. When I called to complain on the morning of day 8 I was basically told it was USPS issue and not theirs. The man I spoke with did offer to call USPS and call me back within a few minutes and here it is 24 hrs. later and I'm still waiting for that call back. To make matters worse, my order arrived and one of the 2 warmers ordered will not work. I called and left a message letting them know I received my order with one warmer broken and requested a call back on their return policy. To no surprise, I did not receive a call so I called them AGAIN!! A woman told me the person she needed to talk with concerning my order was on the phone and she would need to call me back. I told her my experience not receiving a call back and she promised. It's been 40 minutes and my guess is that I will need to call them back yet again if I want any service at all. If they treat all of their customers with this poor level of service, I will be surprised if they stay in business.
