Quick Lane Tire & Auto Center at Mac Haik's Southway Ford

ridiculous....8 hours later and I am still waiting for the oil change on my truck! I don't know why I insist on giving these guys chance after chance. The last time I was there I had one of the managers "mansplaining" stuff to me and it was so rude and condescending. Will most definitely be going to other fords that well out of my way across town. For better service I am willing to do that.

Don't bother going it took 4 hours for an oil change. I observed my vehicle in the bay and after the guy was done he walked away for 30 minutes before coming back to close the hood and drive it out. There used to be a guy by the name of Carlos there and let me tell u he was great at his job never had any issues and kept me going back for almost 20 years for 3 different vehicles now forget it. Last oil change they didn't top off any of my fluids. I had to put wiper and radiator fluid. And it wasn't just me there were 2 other ladies there for tire issues one lady got there at 8am they told her it wouldn't be till after 5pm and then they still had to put her tire on and she didn't get notified of any of this till 2pm! This is ridiculous do better quicklane or bring Carlos back!

4hrs for an oil change on top of that while they were changing my oil they broke a part they said the people that did the past maintenance over tighten it funny thing is that theyre the only ones I take my vehicle too
