Jared, who is also my husband, served as our real estate agent during our first home purchase. In a volatile market, I was tempted to make offers on every house we toured due to exhaustion. Jared encouraged me to wait for a home that truly met our criteria. His patience paid off, as we eventually found a house that ticked all the boxes. Once we did, Jared acted swiftly, contacting the seller's agent and coordinating with our lender to strengthen our offer. As a result, our bid was accepted without us having to overpay, unlike many at that time. Within just 18 months, our home's value has significantly increased, all while staying within our budget.

Jared was phenomenal to work with. He setup a presentation for us and went over the game plan weeks before listing the house. He was clear and concise with his approach to selling our house and was open to input. He checked in regularly and gave us weekly reports about the amount of interest in our home. We couldnt have been happier with our decision to work with Jared as our realtor.

Jared was excellent to work with. We would 100% recommend him to anyone considering purchasing a home. We were referred to him by a trusted agent in Austin because we were relocating to San Antonio. Jared immediately communicated great with us, ensured we were familiar with the purchasing process, and then helped educate us on the local market. He provided us with tons of value by recommending different vendors/inspectors, local hot spots, parks/restaurants (and more), which was great because we didn't know anyone in San Antonio to help point us in the right direction. He was very organized throughout the transaction and kept detailed files on what we toured, specific qualifying information we wanted to know, and more. The best part was that he listened and understood our requirements, and this awareness was evident when he shared a listing that hadn't come to market, which we ultimately ended up purchasing. Finally, Jared helped us navigate the emotional lows/highs of buying a home. He kept us grounded (first-time homebuyers) throughout the process, especially when things with the seller's agent got a bit contested because of her lack of professionalism and attempts to torpedo the deal (which she even said she wanted to do). If it weren't for Jared keeping the deal alive and hounding her (and her clients) to honor the contract, it 100% would've fallen apart on closing day because of the seller agent dropping the ball with contractually required documents and items. Ultimately, Jared is great to work with - He communicated with us regularly, has tons of knowledge/expertise, and brings the persistence/professionalism you want for someone who is advocating for you in such a significant transaction.
