Not sure where to start. I had so many questions last year and wasnt sure which way to go. I reached out to Courtney for direction. Looking back, Im so thankful I did. We have made 3 transactions in one year. Two sells and one purchase. All three were as quick and easy as a real estate transaction can get. I have referred multiple people to Courtney and will definitely be back if I ever decide to jump back into the real estate market.

Not really sure what that Tina lady is referring too but Courtney has been fantastic!! My Fiance and I are currently building a house and she has been excellent! She has been there every step of the way to help and even helped me with setting up my proposal in our new house. I first met Courtney about 3-ish or so years ago at an open house and she has been able to help me out ever since!! After some back and fourth on my end we decided to build a new consutrction home and were able to customize 90% of it. I highly recommend her for any buying or selling as she will always come to bat for you regardless of how tense the situation is and will be there every step of the way! Keep up the good work, Courtney!!

I have personally worked more than 10 transactions with Courtney over the last few years. Shes a true professional and her biggest strength is her understanding of current market conditions. She knows what creates multiple offers for sellers and she knows how to negotiate both sides (maximizing money in your pocket). Her knowledge of market trends and what is working to get homes sold is superior to others I have seen / experienced. As an investor, I care about maximum return and a real estate professional operating with a moral backing. Courtney nails both sides of this. From first time home buyers to experienced real estate investors, Courtney is the Realtor that you need in your corner. If I could give more than 5 stars, I would. Please dont ever retire Courtney, we need you!

Honestly I shouldve written this review a long time ago, but for fear of being rightfully accused as biased, I held back. My wife Courtney did represent us in the purchase of our personal home in 2020 and I had as wonderful of an experience as all the other 5 star reviewers had. But what I can attest to and give insight into from my perspective in regards to Courtney as a professional is unique. She cares so much for her clients and doing the right thing to produce a result that makes them happy. She puts so much of her energy into helping buyers and pushing homes for sell. I get the honor of seeing countless late nights, limitless conversations during holidays and weekends , and carrying unmentioned burdens so that way her clients wont have to. All partiality set aside, Courtney will undoubtedly serve those who allow her the opportunity with impeccable dedication. Courtney has an unwavering determination throughout the entire process to ensure that her clients are informed, educated, & undoubtedly have an experience that will leave an impression that lasts a lifetime.

I had a really bad experience with Courtney. I feel that she is not a trustworthy person. I had my home deep cleaning service done for $250 while no one lives there. Before the showing, she suggested another deep cleaning to be done. She didn't discuss or mention the cleaning fee with me. One day, she texted me saying the cleaning was done and the fee was $550. I was shocked with the high fee and I disagreed. I would like the cleaning person to explain to me what she / he did. Courtney texted me saying that she will pay me $300 back after the house is sold. This was a small incident. I have more examples if you want to hear. Lastly, since she didn't demonstrate to me what she had done to sell my house, I felt like it was sitting there waiting for the buyers to show up. I suggested an open house, she said she will but she didn't follow through. My house is listed with her for 25 days without an open house. Finally, one day, she said there was a showing, she said she will update me if there is any offer, but she didn't update me. I didn't feel that she was making much effort to sell my house. So, I wanted to cancel the listing agreement. She put my house in "Withdrawn" and demanded a 1.5% termination fee. I would never agree to it. It should be a mutual agreement for the termination fee, not one side making the demand. I would be ok to pay for the photographer fee and posting ad fee. To me that would be reasonable. I am an unhappy customer, if she is any professional, she should have released me and left my home alone. I kicked myself for hiring her. Please save yourself trouble, don't make her your listing agent!
