Evette and her team have been absolutely wonderful to deal with! My wife and I were in the process of buying a house and were initially planning on using a bridge loan to do so. At the last minute we were told we could not do that, and had to sell our house FAST before we moved. My wife reached out to Evette, and within 2 days had an offer for our ASKING PRICE!
