Liz helped make the entire process of buying and selling a home seamless, stress-free (or well, as stress-free as possible) and dare I say, fun! Liz was knowledgeable about price points, the market, and the contracts involved in home buying/selling. We had an offer on our home after just 1 Open-house and 48 hours after hitting the market! She was happy to answer all of our first-time seller questions and ease our worries as we entered the buying market. Not once did Liz make us question our decision to use her as our realtor, and while we don't plan on moving again anytime soon--we know we'll be using her again whenever we do!

Liz walked me through step by step in the process of selling my home. Things that I had not thought of, she explained perfectly to help me prepare for this transition! I had heard how stressful it could be, but she made it a walk in the park!

Liz was referred to me by a good friend who Liz actually helped get into her 1st home just like my family & I.. Greatest decision we ever made! Liz was caring, patient, smart, professional, knowledgeable, and very responsive to messages on any and every question we had through out this process which she made seem so easy! No question was a dumb question to her , if you want to know and are confused about anything.. she knows it all. She went above and beyond for us as Im sure she does for all her clients which makes her the best realtor out there! We will Highly recommend her to any friend we know whos searching for a realtor and we look forward to contacting her back when it comes time to sell our home.
