Joni is amazing! She helped us find our dream home and helped my grandparents find theirs. She is very patient and knowledgeable. We had several problems with one of the builders. Joni stepped in and got it sorted out when the builders were ignoring our calls and e-mails. I would absolutely recommend Joni if you're looking for a reliable, non-pushy real estate agent.

Joni is very bright and has phenomenal hustle! She negotiated my home purchase for me with less than 2 hours' notice and got me the house I wanted. She has a good network of service providers. She made sure we got to closing on time and is a good problem solver. She handled my son's last sale and purchase. He recommended her to me. I counted on her hustle, integrity and intelligence. She did not let me down! FIVE STARS ALL THE WAY!

To anyone else reading these reviews, please note that the other reviewer, Fred Sherbert, is either a spam bot or a troll with a passion for leaving horrible 1 star reviews on numerous sites and profiles. (Just look at his other reviews out there). I know Joni personally and can assure you she's never even met this Fred character. What I CAN guarantee, however, is that Joni is an award-winning, and absolutely stellar, realtor. 5 star ratings are not something I normally hand out, but Joni easily deserves all 5 stars.

Joni is an out of touch agent with a short temper and an even shorter interest in exploring her job. She did not answer messages after hours, was not available over the weekend several times, showed no capacity to negotiate and really was not on her client's side. I was referred to her by an insurance company and it was a total "bait and switch"...she promised the world- but the moment we signed the contract a very cold Joni appeared on our door step. I honestly could not recommend someone less and this will go for Better Home and Gardens too for employing someone like this.
