Installed my front camera upside down. Did not place the cameras where I had asked. Has scheduled to come to my house to fix the work but not shown up 4 times. I wait and no show. I asked for a refund to pay someone else to fix the work and no to that since Sam says he can come over and place the cameras where I want them: above my doors, on the wall, not the roof. I will need to hire a professional to install the cameras again since I have been calling protech for 3 weeks now to have my ring cameras installed correctly.

Sam mounted my TV for me and did an awesome job. Went above and beyond and helped me with my current alarm system and gave referrals for thing he couldnt help. Wonderful human-being. Kind and helpful. Highly recommend.

I recently had 2 nest cameras & a doorbell installed by Pro-tech security. Sam did an awesome installation. They were on time and notified me when they were headed to my home. They Assisted in setting Nest on line. I will use them again. Thanks for an excellent installation. 5*

Sam was beyond amazing for mounting my tv. He provided me with honest recommendations, was punctual, and kept his word. The install is very clean, neat, and looks waay better than I could imagine. I will be using him again for my next mount and highly recommend!

Sams professionalism was beyond reproach. I had a problem with my Nest Doorbell Camera and he diagnosed and got it working immediately. I have a business and now have found someone who is trustworthy and very knowledgeable who can handle any future automation needs. Individuals like Sam these days are hard to find. If you have security needs I recommend Sams company to solve all your automation needs at home and your business.
