Absolutely awesome spot! Philly was top notch, kids got an Italian and a ham/cheese, both loved it. Really cool area worth the visit.

I was pleasantly surprised to find an authentic Jewish deli counter in San Antonio. This was possibly the best sandwich I've ever had in my life, I had the cheesesteak with everything and my friend had the Reuben which I tried and was also incredible. To top it all off, the employees were super friendly. I may have to come back every weekend.

Heres my hot take and Ill address some people reviews/comment that youll likely read too. I had the steak with cheese sandwich (which is how its even listed on their menu) and it was damn delicious. Now Ive never been to Philly so Ive never had an authentic Philly cheesesteak sandwich but nowhere are they selling it as such. What rock do you live under if you dont know that this is shave steak pieces? Yes, the pieces are small but it makes for a way better eating experience. Its not ground beef. Yes, I agree the sandwich should be cut in half, but guess what? They give you a knife and I was able to cut the sandwich in half no problem. If youre too lazy to take care of yourself, ask them to cut it when you order, Im sure theyll do so. But the knife they give you is totally capable of cutting your sandwich with ease. Im happy they do the V cut, they load the sandwich with so much meat that the sandwich would fall apart and be a total disaster if it was cut all the way through. Its also keeps the juices in yes it makes it soggy, but any sandwich using real meat is going to do so. The sandwich was damn good and I forgot to take a picture, but Ill be back and will update with photos soon. Such a great neighbourhood deli serving delicious food.
